The monthly fee covers running the platform in your dedicated instance and the post-launch support: support, connector maintenance when AI platforms change their interface, and periodic library review based on real usage.
Connector maintenance isn’t filler. The interfaces of ChatGPT, Copilot, Claude, and Gemini change every few months and break automatic insertion. In Acervo IA those connectors are configured from the server, so the fix ships in minutes without publishing a new version to the extension stores. That ongoing work is a big part of what the monthly fee sustains.
The other part is the library review. The prompts loaded in month one aren’t the ones that remain in month six: some get used and refined, others are never used and get removed. That cleanup is the difference between a living library and an abandoned repository.
